• Generate sales of benefits market products (meal vouchers, food vouchers, fuel vouchers, transportation vouchers, and others) through new channels and existing referral partners; • Prospect new partner/referral channels that have a customer base in companies operating with joint-sales partner models; • Support, influence, and boost the commercial activity of active partner CHANNELS by creating materials, delivering training, and holding regular meetings to increase monthly referrals; • Support and guide partners in new prospecting efforts, managing negotiations daily, improving the sales journey to enable the actual closing of contracts, and ensuring reporting of full-funnel data to the partner via the Hub system; • Resolve issues involving referral sales channels with Biz internal teams; • Visit partner prospects and business opportunities (travel availability required); • Resolve issues involving partners with internal company departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales Management, or a related field; • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for preparing presentations; • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels (preferably HubSpot); • Ability to create and deliver training sessions and commercial presentations; • Strong skills in active prospecting and B2B negotiation with the partner’s client portfolio.
