📋 Description
• Leads multiple crews which are typically large in nature • Manages subcontractor crews for portions of projects or a small project • Tracks and reports units and labor hours • Communicates with suppliers and coordinates delivery of supplies to jobsite • Provides on-the-job guidance and shares subject matter expertise
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Vocational/Technical degree in related field (Preferred) • 5-7 Years in commercial construction • Minimum of 3 years in field supervision • Valid driver's license
