📋 Description

• Deliver digital campaign activity across web, email, and paid channels • Manage and optimise website performance, user journeys, and conversion pathways • Plan and execute email campaigns aligned to global and regional marketing initiatives • Own paid media activity including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking • Drive traffic generation strategies and improve quality of inbound engagement • Contribute to ICP targeting and audience segmentation through data and insight • Support and maintain strong data hygiene across marketing systems and reporting • Produce regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics • Contribute to SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability and search performance • Support social media activity where it aligns to digital campaign goals • Act as a leading voice in shaping the direction of BlackRainbow’s digital presence and continuous improvement roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing or demand generation • Strong experience across website management, email marketing, and paid media • Proven ability to optimise digital campaigns based on performance data • Experience using analytics platforms and CRM systems • Strong understanding of user journeys, conversion, and funnel optimisation • Comfortable working across multiple tools and managing digital workflows • Ability to operate independently and prioritise effectively
