📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration. • Define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing. • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs. • Establish best practices for QA processes and continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality. • Work closely with developers to review features, identify testability concerns, and ensure proper validation of new functionalities. • Manage bug tracking and reporting processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects. • Coordinate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and optimize execution in cloud-based environments. • Stay updated with blockchain and fintech QA trends, security vulnerabilities, and best practices. • Communicate QA metrics, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role; preferably in fintech, blockchain, or security-focused industries. • Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies. • Deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. • Experience with API testing tools and scripting languages. • Knowledge of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first, and collaborative environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. • Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
