📋 Description

• Work across the whole of Technology — Frontend, Backend, Data Engineering, Data Science and Warehouse Tech • Help other engineers ship better, faster, and more safely • Split time between embedded engagements inside domain squads and central platform work • Carry a high degree of autonomy and identify, shape, own problems end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Day-to-day experience with AWS and Terraform • Good judgement across CI/CD and observability • Use AI coding tools as part of daily workflow • Willingness to pick up app-side stacks like Ruby and Python • End-to-end ownership of problems • Innovation and curiosity mindset • Proactive in delivering results • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excitement about problem-solving and collaboration • Coachability and a growth mindset • It would be great if you also have... • Experience rolling out production-ownership practices • Work experience on an e-commerce site • Experience with distributed architectures and APIs
