📋 Description

• Drive critical functions across Blueberry’s urgent care business and expansion business lines • Drive cost and efficiency improvements while maintaining an exceptional member care experience • Champion responsible AI to automate and improve workflows • Build, test, launch, and improve AI-powered workflows • Scope and prioritize high-ROI improvement initiatives • Develop tooling to increase team efficiency • Own supply and demand models across all business lines • Refine forecasting algorithms with the data scientist • Build and maintain long-term capacity planning models • Improve clinician staffing processes and identify automation opportunities • Develop automated licensing and credentialing reporting and oversight infrastructure • Manage third-party licensing and credentialing vendors as needed • Forecast licensing and credentialing needs and address payer credentialing bottlenecks • Improve medical kit delivery times and inventory management • Identify supply-chain savings while maintaining device quality • Implement customer-support automation while preserving personalized service • Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap initiatives • Build relationships across clinical, growth, product, and leadership teams • Lead cross-functional special initiatives and contribute to planning workgroups • Translate data and project updates into actionable leadership recommendations • Report to the Vice President of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience • Process-obsessed and detail-oriented • Demonstrated excellence solving complex operational problems • Passion for automation, tooling, and AI • Track record of exceeding financial and operational goals • Strong quantitative instincts and ability to analyze data • Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions in a high-growth environment • Clear written and verbal communication • Experience driving margin or cost improvements (preferred) • Familiarity with telehealth staffing processes, software, and reporting tools (preferred) • Understanding of clinician licensing, Medicaid enrollment, and payer credentialing processes (preferred) • Experience managing an international supply chain from sourcing and packaging to 3PL fulfillment and last-mile deliveries (preferred) • Currently authorized to work in the United States
