📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, secure web applications. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Collaborate across offices: drive clear communication with engineering in Europe (RFCs, decision records, async updates). Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Adapt quickly: navigate shifting priorities with a bias to action; make reversible decisions, learn fast from user feedback, and iterate. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack web development. • Proven experience with TypeScript and React, and building full‑stack applications with these technologies. • Familiarity with the latest advancements in the React ecosystem. • Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end delivery (from prototype to production), using modern CI/CD, feature flags, and telemetry to ship safely at speed. • Product‑minded: you care about UX quality, customer experience, and software quality. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Startup‑ready: flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change; proactive about process, documentation, and reliability without over‑engineering. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
