• Lead the strategic and operational execution of the Professional Services function within an assigned region • Drive adoption of global Professional Services standards, methodologies, tools, and governance practices • Conduct project quality reviews covering plans, milestones, financial forecasts, risks, issues, and customer commitments • Partner with Project Managers and Delivery Leaders to improve planning rigor, execution discipline, and delivery consistency • Identify delivery trends and recurring issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives • Support regional Sales and Delivery leadership through structured deal reviews before contract signature • Assess project scope, implementation approach, staffing feasibility, delivery risk, and commercial considerations • Ensure Statements of Work are deliverable and aligned with delivery capabilities and global standards • Lead regional project audit readiness and governance reviews • Partner with Finance and Revenue Recognition teams on audit requests and corrective actions • Drive adoption of global PS templates, tools, and methodologies • Improve processes, project management tools, and delivery capabilities • Lead regional portfolio governance and operating cadences • Provide visibility into delivery performance, project health, forecasts, and emerging risks • Support executive business reviews with dashboards and operational insights • Improve forecasting accuracy, delivery predictability, and portfolio performance • Serve as regional point of contact for delivery governance, project quality, operational reporting, and continuous improvement • Partner with Delivery Leadership, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and other cross-functional teams
• Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting Operations, or Delivery Operations within a global SaaS environment • Demonstrated experience improving delivery governance, portfolio management, project quality, and operational execution across large, complex services organizations • Experience partnering with regional delivery leadership to improve execution, delivery consistency, and customer outcomes • Experience supporting structured deal reviews, project governance, audit readiness, and executive reporting • Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption of standardized delivery methodologies and governance practices • Strong experience with PSA platforms such as Upland, Certinia, or similar and CRM systems; Salesforce preferred • Working knowledge of project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar • Practical experience leveraging AI and automation for operational efficiency, reporting, project management, and delivery insights • Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence skills, including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar • Understanding of services financial management and revenue recognition principles • Strong analytical and business acumen • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset and focus on scalable, repeatable processes • Ability to build partnerships across Delivery, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field required • MBA preferred
