📋 Description

• Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder Retail Planning software solutions for customers using industry best practices and process methodologies • Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions according to customer requirements and business processes • Lead solution design, including construct and validation tasks and timelines • Conduct or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases • Balance project scope, timelines, and requirements to achieve time to value and customer satisfaction • Assess needs outside the standard solution or scope, including integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps • Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects • Communicate business cases regarding customer-specific product functionality and enhancements to PMG and PD • Serve as functional liaison among customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and third-party consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years of demonstrable experience delivering Advanced Retail Planning solutions end-to-end in the retail industry • Demonstrable experience with the Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Planning, Assortment, or Allocation • Demonstrable experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, and mapping them to Retail Solution functionalities • Experience performing system integration • Experience assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution • Experience implementing solutions leveraging cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
