📋 Description

• Responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies • Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes • Inform and advise customers on information system technologies' functionality and implementation requirements • Technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors • Develop and maintain effective working relations with customer management and IT personnel • Focus on HIM EHR and supporting applications

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) • Requires at least 2 + years relevant experience in business systems analysis or Business unit experience • Knowledge of assigned business area's products and processes • Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts • Understanding of project management concepts in cross functional environment • Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to solve problems often spanning multiple environments in a business area • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Successful completion of Epic's certification program must be completed within 6 weeks
