📋 Description

• Design and conduct analytics to identify emerging credit risk trends and behaviors • Recommend changes to credit strategy based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, Risk Appetite, and business objectives • Manage and deliver data, reporting, and analysis supporting the Indirect business • Improve processes and analytics methods • Develop presentations communicating results to key stakeholders and forums • Manage reporting and monitoring of credit quality, operations, and performance • Support regulatory programs, governance, controls, and compliance across applicable risk types • Advise senior leaders on strategy, initiatives, regulations, and risk matters • Manage complex risk programs, frameworks, projects, and initiatives • Monitor industry and legislative developments and update programs • Interpret regulatory requirements and identify, analyze, and address gaps and issues • Develop and implement internal control systems and risk management programs • Lead strategic initiatives, change management, and operational programs • Monitor first-line adherence to defined processes and procedures • Develop and maintain business procedures, controls, and sustainment strategies • Track exceptions and exemptions and facilitate training • Provide quality control for investigations, self-reports, examinations, and independent reviews • Support audits and regulatory examinations and develop remediation action plans • Build risk awareness and promote a culture of risk identification and management • Conduct self-assessments, risk remediation, measurement, reporting, and periodic program reviews • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the business in governance and risk forums

🎯 Requirements
