📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Real Property Support Services (RPSS) across multiple DoD organizations and installations. • Manage program resources, staffing, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance objectives. • Ensure successful execution of contractual requirements while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. • Identify and mitigate program risks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams supporting real property management, audit readiness, facility planning, and infrastructure analysis. • Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel. • Ensure compliance with DoD real property policies, audit readiness requirements, and applicable regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 10+ years of experience supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems of Record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMS, ISR-I, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, HQIIS, INFADS, MDI, BUILDER, GIS). • 5+ years of experience managing professional teams and complex programs. • Demonstrated experience in program planning and execution, resource management, schedule development, risk management, performance monitoring, and process improvement. • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. • Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination at contract start through employment. • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT). • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel. • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
