📋 Description

• Run 3–4 pre-booked Zoom reveal sessions per day with guests who have completed their shoot • Guide guests through galleries, narrow favourites, and design artwork collections and wall pieces • Present pricing, explain collections and payment options, and take payment on the call • Use call frameworks, scripts and tools while bringing warmth and personality • Capture notes for production, framing and delivery teams • Manage focused follow-up within clear guardrails • Participate in call reviews and coaching • Collaborate with photographers, Guest Experience and operations teams • Help guests make confident artwork decisions and lead those decisions into completed payments

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of higher-investment, consultative B2C sales experience • Exceptional emotional intelligence and listening skills • Clear, confident spoken English and professional communication • Quiet, private workspace suitable for sensitive video calls • Stable internet of 50 Mbps+ upload and download • UK working rights • Ability to work UK-aligned hours, including some evenings and weekends • Female staff requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 due to the intimate nature of the work
