📋 Description

• Experiment with AI applications beyond currently known use cases • Build proposed concepts through to working proofs of concept • Ship AI-first features from ideation to launch • Work agent-first rather than retrofitting AI onto existing tools • Work across Product & Tech with mentorship from the engineering organisation • Partner with engineers, product managers and designers to launch solutions • Define and shape this newly created role

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience in software engineering or another technical role • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini and Cursor • Working understanding of agentic workflows and concepts like MCP • Confidence in at least one modern programming language: Python or JavaScript • Portfolio, open-source contribution or project to discuss • Fluency in English • Open-source contributions with a visible history (helpful) • Experience building with agentic frameworks or MCP beyond following a tutorial (helpful) • Exposure to Google Cloud (helpful) • Must be based in Poland, Spain or the UK
