📋 Description
• Identify untapped industries and create demand from the ground up • Develop new verticals and establish the company’s presence in underdeveloped markets • Position integrated professional audio solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes • Challenge existing sales playbooks and experiment with new outreach strategies • Build executive-level relationships with consultants, architects, AV integrators, IT leaders, influencers, designers, and end users • Prospect relentlessly, generate demand, navigate complex sales cycles, and close new business • Provide field insights that influence products, go-to-market strategy, and expansion into new industries • Build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels and connect technologies, stakeholders, and business outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or 1–3 years of equivalent experience in professional sales with proven sales results • Effective communication skills, including negotiation, active listening, and rapport-building • Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools • Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate and challenge conventional approaches • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt • Strong interest in prospecting and building a book of business • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build something • Creative prospecting skills across digital, social, networking, and traditional channels • Highly organized with disciplined follow-through • Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability • Coachable, curious, and continuously seeking improvement • Located near a major metro airport for frequent travel of up to 50% • Ability to work onsite in Burnsville, Minnesota when office presence is required • Visual acuity to view a computer monitor and read documents • Ability to communicate clearly in person and through digital platforms • Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a typical office environment • Indefinite U.S. work authorization required; future sponsorship is unavailable
