📋 Description

• Build Product End-to-End: Own features from concept → implementation → release → iteration (frontend + backend). • Ship Fast, Learn Faster: Deliver quickly, validate with customers, and iterate. • Customer-Driven Engineering: Talk to users and customers directly, understand the workflow pain, and turn feedback into product improvements. • Design-First Execution: Partner closely with Ziar (Designer & Co-Founder) to create experiences that feel premium and intuitive. • Raise the Engineering Bar: Improve patterns, code quality, DX, testing, and observability without slowing down shipping. • Work Like a Founder: Prioritize ruthlessly, own outcomes, and help shape what “great product engineering” looks like at Bounti.

🎯 Requirements

• strong product sense • backend experience • proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Prisma • mobile product experience (Flutter, React Native or similar) is a plus • ML experience is a plus
