📋 Description

• You analyze business requirements, engage with them proactively, and question them critically • In close coordination with the Solution Architect CRM, you propose optimized implementations and ensure solutions work sustainably rather than only as point solutions • You identify opportunities to generalize requirements • You support integration into the overall system and provide domain-specific APIs • You detect architectural challenges early and escalate architecture topics appropriately to the Solution Architect • You manage repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps • Through automated testing, debugging, and clear technical documentation according to the arc42 standard, you ensure the high quality and maintainability of your developments • You actively participate in Scrum events and proactively help shape the team's technical evolution

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (ideally Sales/Marketing) • You are confident working with C#, .NET, and SQL • You have an eye for maintainable and scalable code structures • You don’t just accept requirements — you enjoy abstracting them and translating them into generalizable solutions • You like working collaboratively with the architecture team and can communicate technical concepts clearly • You communicate confidently in German and English (at least C1+)
