📋 Description
• Work on a range of complex private client matters • Dealing with wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax and estate planning • Collaborate with the Private Client team • Act as the trusted advisor for clients and contacts alike
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a range of private client matters including complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning and estate administration, Landed estates • A strong background of working with an established network of referrers and of developing strong relationships with a range of clients including HNW individuals, Multi generational families, elderly clients and business owners • Able to work independently manage their own caseload and supervise others in the team as needed • Ideally you will be STEP qualified
