📋 Description

• Design solutions by assessing business context and validating requirements • Analyse current and target processes and identify optimisation opportunities • Translate business needs into coherent solution options • Produce business, functional and non-functional specifications • Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings • Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis • Prepare documentation, meeting minutes and reporting materials • Assist the project manager with business analysis activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree + 9 years of professional experience • Experience with diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Balsamiq) • Experience following Agile methodologies • At least one of the following certifications: Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) • Must work remotely from the EU
