📋 Description

• Coordinating and administering safeguarding governance processes • Ensuring safeguarding concerns, regulatory notifications, complaints and associated actions are managed, tracked and progressed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner • Acting as a central coordination point for safeguarding activity • Maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring and following up on open actions and regulatory activity • Ensuring leaders have visibility of safeguarding risks, actions and compliance obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a compliance, safeguarding, HR or regulated environment requiring high levels of accuracy and documentation • Strong understanding of the importance of regulatory processes, governance and audit requirements • Experience managing detailed documentation and maintaining accurate records in a structured and consistent way • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy • Familiarity with case management systems or HR systems (e.g. Workday) • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (desirable)
