📋 Description

• Manage safeguarding notifications and regulatory submissions • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails • Coordinate safeguarding cases, actions, and compliance activities • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up of actions • Support and advise operational teams on safeguarding processes • Coordinate Ready to Respond meetings and Safeguarding Advice Line activity • Track safeguarding risks, trends, and regulatory requirements • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and reporting obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within a regulated environment • Experience with auditing for a large organisation, particularly in childcare, schools, or healthcare • Experience with compliance and safeguarding • Strong organisation, documentation, and record-keeping skills • Knowledge of governance, audit, and regulatory processes • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with safeguarding, Ofsted notifications, or LADO referrals is desirable • Background in early years, education, healthcare, or another regulated sector is desirable • Knowledge of case management or HR systems, e.g. Workday, is desirable • Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews is desirable • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable • Enhanced DBS check and pre-employment safer recruitment checks required before appointment
