📋 Description
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide technical demonstrations, and craft customized solutions that address client pain points. • Lead technical implementations, working with customer teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into their systems. • Attend post sales cadences with our key and strategic customers, identify new challenges and opportunities and see them through. • Train customers on best practices and effective use of Bright Data solutions to maximize their success. • Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer to help them achieve their business goals. • Lead technical workshops for Bright Data’s prospects and customers base.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer) within a SaaS, cloud, or data-focused organization, including, hands-on technical design, implementation, or consulting experience. • Proficiency in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with SaaS applications. • Experience with headless browsing tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
