• Lead HR operations and strategic people initiatives across the UK • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies • Oversee payroll operations, pension contributions, and compliance reviews • Support compensation, performance management, and talent calibration processes • Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and regional initiatives • Facilitate monthly Manager Forums and Connect townhalls • Drive employee engagement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT services industry. • Advanced degree in HR or CIPD certification preferred. • Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR operations. • Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits design. • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Passion for employee engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives.
