📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications across backend and frontend components • Develop reliable and scalable backend services and APIs using .NET and C# • Contribute to frontend development using modern web technologies and frameworks • Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, research and problem-solving • Review, validate and refine AI-generated code and recommendations • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code according to development standards • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions • Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging activities • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, practices and technical solutions • Learn and apply new technologies, tools, frameworks and AI-assisted development approaches • Support delivery of high-quality software within agreed timescales

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in full-stack software development • Strong working knowledge of .NET and C# • Experience developing web applications and backend services/APIs • Understanding of frontend development and modern web technologies • Good understanding of software development principles and practices • Experience troubleshooting, debugging and resolving technical issues • Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-tested code • Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools • Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code and suggestions for security, accuracy, maintainability and development-standard alignment • Strong software development fundamentals and ability to understand, adapt and take ownership of AI-assisted outputs • Experience working collaboratively within a software development team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly • Desirable: experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar • Desirable: experience working within an Agile software development environment • Desirable: experience with automated testing and/or test-driven development • Desirable: experience with modern frontend frameworks and technologies • Desirable: experience participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
