📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality features across the full stack or focused front-end/back-end areas • Make independent technical decisions and consider architectural knock-on effects • Write clean, thoroughly tested code • Help steer migrations and modernization initiatives, including migrating C# services to .NET 8, optimizing Azure SQL performance, and converting legacy UI modules into scalable React components • Identify and raise technical debt • Author technical proposals on complex tickets • Champion quality standards • Conduct constructive code reviews • Pair with mid-level engineers • Proactively unblock colleagues and guide standard methodologies • Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Marketing to shape what gets built • Strategically utilize and critically evaluate AI tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive, professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, OR strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • Web accessibility/WCAG experience for FE-focused candidates • Broad comfort working across the full stack and adapting to where team focus is required • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL preferred) • Proven experience conducting thorough PR reviews, mentoring mid-level engineers, and working within Agile/SDLC frameworks • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Existing and suitable remote workstation setup
