• Generates high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities • Supervises and coaches the daily sales activities of at least two full-time associates onsite • Drives rapid occupancy growth and prioritizes rate integrity • Attends daily stand-up meetings and communicates current product information • Partners with Director(s) of District Sales to develop and execute business plans • Maintains a working knowledge of all relevant sales-specific software programs and Customer Relationship Management systems • Motivates community associates to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales performance expectations • Maintains current working knowledge of relevant competition in markets where assigned • Provides accurate and timely move-in forecasts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales • Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads • Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis up to four years • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel frequently as needed
