📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Health Platform: from data ingestion (wearables, biomarkers) through AI-driven insights, to user experience and outcomes. • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, UX, and external partners to deliver product features on time and to quality standards. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog: user research, market insights, data signals, feature specs, and release planning. • Drive data-driven decisions: define KPIs, instrumentation, A/B tests, user feedback loops, and iterate based on results. • Bring the voice of the user: lead discovery, persona building, qualitative + quantitative research to deeply understand health-driven user behaviors and motivations. • Launch and iterate: define go-to-market strategy, help craft messaging, coordinate cross-functional launches, and monitor adoption/retention metrics. • Stay ahead of the curve: monitor industry trends in wearables, biomarkers, AI/ML in health coaching, competitive products, regulatory/privacy implications, and position Blueprint’s offering accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-health, wellness tech, connected wearables, biometrics, or AI-driven consumer applications. • Demonstrated experience owning a full product lifecycle: discovery, specification, launch, iteration and growth. • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, metrics, A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and translating insights into product decisions. • Excellent cross-functional collaboration: you’ve worked effectively with engineering, data science, design, marketing and business teams. • Clear written and verbal communication skills; you can articulate product strategy, zoom into detailed specs, and evangelize internally and externally. • Prior experience working in a health-tech startup, wearable device ecosystem, or a biomarker/clinical consumer product context. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or data science teams (understanding how to productize machine learning insights into consumer experiences). • Demonstrated success scaling a product in the consumer health space: driving adoption, retention, behavior change, and measurable outcomes. • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, healthcare data (HIPAA, biometric data, secure ingestion), or regulated health domains. • Experience with growth metrics, lifecycle management, and health behaviour change frameworks.

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $230,000 base + equity
