📋 Description

• Define, set, and enforce the standard for Bullhorn consultants as subject matter experts providing professional, opinionated, and expert advice • Coach consultants to lead clients toward efficient processes and Bullhorn best practices • Manage a team of individual contributor consultants • Hold the team accountable to utilization, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and delivery efficiency metrics • Develop and execute a Strategic Knowledge Plan to expand cross-product expertise • Provide performance and growth coaching through regular 1:1s • Instill a feedback culture focused on growth, accountability, and consulting acumen • Own the training strategy and oversee onboarding for new consultants • Partner with clients to identify business objectives and ensure high-quality strategic client deliverables • Ensure consultants understand and communicate service ROI • Empower consultants to own client outcomes and lead difficult client conversations • Train the team to pair identified risks and problems with viable expert-led solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting • Preferably experience within a SaaS or enterprise software environment • 3+ years of direct experience managing professional services consultants, project managers, or technical resources • Demonstrated ability to define and implement consulting methodologies prioritizing best practices and subject matter expertise • Ability to drive efficiency and reduce scope creep • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills • Strong track record of developing high-performing teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to instill confidence in senior-level internal and external stakeholders • Deep understanding of Professional Services metrics, including utilization, CSAT, and efficiency • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Advanced degree is a plus
