📋 Description

• Set direction for Storage, Stream, and Frontend, including product priorities, rationale, and business success criteria • Lead and grow teams across Storage, Stream, and Frontend with responsibility for product and engineering • Coach and develop engineering leads and support increased ownership across the organization • Guide teams through architecture decisions and technical trade-offs • Maintain high engineering standards for reliability, scalability, security, and production operations • Establish planning and delivery practices that support fast, sustainable execution • Partner with Growth, Support, senior leadership, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into priorities • Provide clarity during trade-offs, incidents, and strategy changes • Use data and customer insights to guide priorities, engineering decisions, and growth • Use AI thoughtfully to improve team speed and work quality while retaining human judgment and ownership • Lead three teams and help evolve Storage, Stream, and Frontend products at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning one or more products end-to-end, from customer discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, and growth • Experience leading multiple teams while guiding priorities and unblocking difficult decisions • Background in storage, streaming, CDN/edge, developer platforms, or strong adjacent experience • Strong technical judgment across distributed systems, architecture, and trade-offs • Ability to connect engineering decisions to customer value, adoption, and growth • Developer experience mindset, with examples of improving tooling, platforms, or workflows • Ability to set a clear vision, simplify complex topics, and engage deeply in technical discussions • Track record of giving clear feedback, setting high standards, and developing people into greater ownership • Comfort working without a playbook, identifying root causes, and executing solutions • Experience taking a product or platform from idea through launch and continued adoption is an additional advantage • Metrics awareness and pragmatic decision-making are an additional advantage • Entrepreneurial energy and willingness to experiment are an additional advantage • Located in Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours
