• Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager (RFM), responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory. • Implements the marketing strategy in the area and achieves defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget. • Develops territory specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with other functions. • Supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner. • Builds a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the oncology market in the served area. • Establishes yourself as an interlocutor with the Hospital Pharmacy with the capacity to establish agreements that facilitate patient accessibility to BeiGene drugs. • Develops long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory. • Responsible for the regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, coordinated with market access department. • Develops implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers. • Organizes and executes local symposia and workshops with the key customers. • Gathers insights and analyzes available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level. • Participates and cares for customers in local national and international meetings and symposia. • Ensures compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
• University undergraduate degree in science or business preferred; higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous • Several years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the heme-oncology market. • Good knowledge of local KOLs • Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions • Specific knowledge in oncology • Strong identification with BeOne´s values and loyalty to the company • Willingness to learning and continuously developing (training and coaching) • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment. • Innovative, creative, out of the box thinking • Negotiation skills • Making things happen, has the right level of implementation skills • Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working • Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications • Knowledge of the distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs • High social competence and capacity for teamwork • Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude • Good computer skills. • Willingness to travel • Valid driver's license • Fluency in both verbal and written English and the country Language; any other major European language of advance
