📋 Description

• Own and continuously mature the company risk register and design AI-assisted risk management workflows • Lead SOC 2 Type II external audit management and automate evidence collection in Vanta • Begin scoping an ISO 42001 readiness path • Engineer scalable Trust and Assurance intake, triage, AI-assisted questionnaire responses, and self-service trust portal capabilities • Build automated vendor and supply chain risk intake, tiered scoring, and continuous monitoring • Redesign and maintain security and privacy policies with AI-assisted drafting, versioning, approval, and attestation workflows • Own common controls monitoring in Vanta and drive an always-on compliance posture • Modernize security awareness and training • Design and operate an integrated compliance calendar with automated reminders and status tracking • Support operational privacy practices, including cookie consent management, data subject requests, privacy notices, and data mapping inventory • Monitor regulatory and compliance developments, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001 • Demonstrate measurable efficiency gains through AI tools, automation, and workflow engineering • Report directly to the CISO as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, information security compliance, or risk management • Working knowledge of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria • Hands-on experience supporting or leading audits • Familiarity with additional frameworks including CIS Controls v8, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, NIST Privacy Framework, NIST SP 1800 series, NIST 800-53 r5, ISO 42001, ISO 27701, ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, MITRE D3FEND, MITRE SoT, and MITRE ATLAS • Experience conducting rapid third-party/vendor risk assessments • Experience managing a supply chain risk program • Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent workstreams and deadlines • Excellent written communication and ability to draft clear, audience-appropriate policies and executive risk summaries • Experience with Vanta or equivalent • Proven experience leveraging AI tools in professional and personal settings • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CIPP are a plus • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
