📋 Description

• Administer and support Salesforce, including user setup, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flow automation, and custom objects • Document and develop project plans, requirements, and technical documentation for Salesforce projects and initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams and stakeholders • Track and communicate internal expectations appropriately • Support and manage existing applications and third-party systems • Document changes for QA testing • Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality and workflows • Make data-driven decisions with a strong results orientation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools • Ability to use ETL tools and Data Loader and manipulate data for Salesforce loads • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong documentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Certified Salesforce Administrator required • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Experience designing, developing, and implementing CRM platforms • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus • Experience with Heroku is a plus • Experience with Conga is a strong plus • Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition organizations strongly preferred • Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, and Case Management is a plus • Must be based in the UK • Applicants must not require work sponsorship
