• Proven Track Record: 1+ year of success as an SDR or outbound seller, ideally in B2B SaaS • Outbound Confidence: Strong on the phone, strategic with messaging, and energized by targets • Growth Mindset: Ambitious, coachable, and ready to grow quickly • Language Skills: Fluent in German, comfortable in English
