📋 Description

• Own engineering execution, system design, and architecture • Ensure secure, scalable, high-availability systems • Lead the transition to AI-native platform infrastructure • Own database, data lake and data pipeline system design and architecture • Build and mentor engineering teams with a high-performance culture • Maintain strict discipline in delivery, planning, and deadlines • Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automation, observability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering • 3+ years in leadership • Deep expertise in cloud systems, microservices, and distributed systems • Experience with data engineering • Strong DevOps background (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proven ability to deliver on time with precision
