📋 Description

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria • Executes proactive outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, personal networks, referrals) to build qualified candidate pipelines • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred; experience accepted in lieu of degree • 2+ years of related work experience required; proven experience sourcing candidates • PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred; certification accepted in lieu of 1 year of experience and/or education • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems • Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications
