📋 Description

• Manage implementation of Graphic Communications ERP solutions • Develop project plans covering resource requirements, timeframes, scheduling, budgeting, dependencies, and change management planning • Manage project delivery according to approved plans, objectives, budgets, and documentation • Manage stakeholders through active involvement and regular communication • Report project status, milestones, issues, risks, and budget versus actual costs • Identify, assess, log, and manage project issues and risks • Manage project scope changes through defined change-management processes • Align projects with customers’ strategic and operational plans • Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement process improvements • Complete and file project documentation • Promote the benefits and value of project and professional services delivery • Build trust with client executives and personnel through expertise, quality delivery, and candid insight • Identify opportunities to expand client value through project extensions and additional projects • Manage chargeability of Graphic Communications services resources and personal chargeability • Align deliverables with business needs and requirements • Ensure customer awareness and agreement with scope and contract terms • Obtain signoff on completed deliverables • Manage the invoicing process and explain invoiced charges to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Fluent in English and French • Good level of competence in another European language would be a plus • 8+ years including a combination of relevant industry experience and project management experience • Experience in large-scale software implementations • Good project management experience • Ability to develop and organize a project plan from discovery to go-live • Ability to manage customer expectations in accordance with work priorities • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • High level of presentation/persuasive communication skills • Knowledge of the print industry would be a bonus
