📋 Description

• Own project planning, develop the project initiation document, and agree project milestones, timelines and resources • Lead business-process changes needed to realise benefits from new digital technology • Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the Trust and partner organisations • Lead recruitment of project resources and manage their contribution to delivery • Develop project documentation, including initiation documents, risk and issue logs, financial trackers and benefits logs • Identify and mitigate issues, escalating them to the project board when necessary • Monitor plans, progress and resource use, taking corrective action to deliver on time, within budget and to expected quality • Apply PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodology and support development of junior colleagues • Manage procurement and work with external suppliers to ensure delivery • Identify project dependencies and coordinate with peer project managers and the programme manager • Communicate project plans, progress and issues through regular highlight reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent specialist knowledge • Evidence of further professional development • PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner • Highly developed interpersonal skills • Ability to develop collaborative and effective working relationships with project stakeholders and team members • Demonstrable ability to lead large, complex projects • Ability to identify and apply project and programme methodologies according to project scale and complexity • Knowledge of benefits planning and management • Knowledge of service improvement tools and techniques • Knowledge of gathering user requirements and user-centred design principles • Evidence of ongoing professional development
