📋 Description

• Manage programmes of work across Delivery Operations and Strategy • Lead initiatives aligned with technology strategy and operational excellence • Develop frameworks for teams to deliver effectively and consistently • Understand complex projects and business needs aligned to technology solutions • Collaborate across domains and align teams toward targeted outcomes • Bridge delivery teams and senior leadership by aligning priorities, resources, and expertise with organisational goals • Initiate, plan, govern, and deliver complex cross-domain programmes • Establish project objectives, success measures, governance structures, milestones, and stakeholder engagement plans • Manage risks, issues, competing priorities, dependencies, and project resources • Build relationships with business stakeholders, technology leaders, sponsors, and delivery teams • Support demand intake, prioritisation, and strategic planning • Improve processes, governance practices, delivery frameworks, reporting, and portfolio management • Lead multiple projects through planning, execution, governance, and delivery • Deliver major projects contributing to departmental and organisational objectives • Support prioritisation, investment decisions, risk management, and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Over seven years working at programme or portfolio level • Proven track record working on complex programmes of work • Experience supporting complex, multi-portfolio programmes from start to finish • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and different domains • Ability to align roadmaps, budgets, and resources with strategic priorities • Effective communication and collaborative approach • In-depth knowledge and experience of agile, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Experience using delivery tooling and dashboards • Experience in risk management, governance, stakeholder management, demand intake, prioritisation, and strategic planning
