📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisors and thought leaders for clients • Understand big-picture business problems and goals and take on leadership responsibilities • Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity peers and clients’ teams • Solve a wide variety of problems using appropriate technical solutions • Communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing • Proactively identify problems, challenges, and issues and recommend solutions • Demonstrate and teach software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, test automation, CI/CD, and TDD • Explore emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, cloud, and IoT • Collaborate closely with different roles and teams • Build client trust through dependable technical guidance • Lead strategic technical direction and deliver innovative greenfield technology solutions • Interact regularly with key client stakeholders and demonstrate business ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience • Experience with Git / GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred • Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Springboot, Angular, React, Version Control and Agile is preferred • Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus • Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting • Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges • Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility • Interest and enthusiasm for learning and growing in your career • Embodies Callibrity's core values • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship
