📋 Description

• Assess and review individual care packages • Provide practical training to care workers • Deliver clinical supervisions and instructions using clinical expertise and guidance • Work with healthcare workers at the point of care in homes, schools, communities, and day centres • Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments • Participate in a paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis • Manage own diary in this field-based role • Support children and young people with spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Paediatric Nurse • Experience in ICU/HDU or complex care • Driving licence required • Ability to travel regularly to service users • Paediatric clinical knowledge and experience • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate
