📋 Description
• Support people recovering from illness, injury or hospital admission • Encourage and motivate clients to complete everyday tasks independently • Assist with walking, transfers and exercises prescribed by healthcare professionals • Support people in preparing their own meals and drinks where possible • Prompt and encourage safe medication routines • Help clients relearn household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining their home • Build confidence in accessing local services, activities and social opportunities • Observe improvements, identify setbacks and report changes appropriately • Document progress towards individual goals and celebrate milestones along the way
🎯 Requirements
• Full UK driving licence • Access to your own vehicle • Right to work in the UK • Ideally at least 6 months of care experience
