📋 Description

• Own lead flow and demand generation results for the DACH region • Grow DACH MQL volume through paid and organic channels • Build, run, optimize, and report on Google Ads and LinkedIn/Meta paid social campaigns • Improve SEO and GEO rankings for key DACH search terms, including AI-powered search results • Produce or localize content to move prospects from awareness to consideration • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to qualify, hand off, and track MQLs through opportunities • Analyze performance data and recommend investment priorities • Audit DACH channel presence and launch campaigns or establish an implementation plan within the first 30 days • Run campaign experiments and achieve consistent MQL volume by 60 days • Bring DACH targets on track and report clear performance insights by 90 days • Report directly to Andrew Hall, Sr. Director, Demand Gen & Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience independently running paid search and paid social campaigns • Expert knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn/Meta advertising • Track record of hitting demand generation targets and owning MQL or pipeline metrics • Experience in the DACH market and understanding of German-speaking buyers • B2B SaaS or technology marketing background • Fluent written and spoken German and English • SEO and/or GEO experience • Content localization experience for German-speaking audiences • Practical daily use of AI tools for ad copy, keyword and GEO research, and campaign data analysis
