• About the Role: Montu is transforming access to medical cannabis in Germany • You’ll also collaborate across business, product, and operations teams to strengthen our digital offering • Own and Expand Pharmacy Partnerships: Lead all aspects of pharmacy engagement • Drive B2B Sales and Distribution Strategy: Negotiate commercial agreements • Ensure Operational and Regulatory Excellence: Ensure full compliance with GDP/GMP standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmacy partnerships, pharmaceutical wholesale, or B2B healthcare sales, ideally in medical cannabis or specialty meds • A proven network of pharmacy contacts in Germany • Strong commercial acumen — you understand pricing, margins, market dynamics, and how to structure scalable deals • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re hands-on, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
