📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services • Translate business and product requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions • Build backend services and APIs using Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, and OpenJDK • Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs • Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL and implement application integrations and data flows • Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver software • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments • Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, cloud adoption, and application modernization • Apply secure coding practices and support performance, scalability, and maintainability • Document technical solutions and development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants MUST BE US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of professional experience in software development • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, and OpenJDK • Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, MySQL, and PostgreSQL • Understanding of software development principles, microservices, and distributed systems • Experience with version control, testing, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD • Experience with AWS or Azure • Familiarity with DevSecOps, secure coding, and modern software delivery practices • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
