📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and provide team and people leadership for workflow coordination and process management activities • Create or validate team processes and process flows • Identify and support process improvement opportunities • Design and produce reports and metrics measuring process efficiency and effectiveness • Lead the team in process-related practices, policies, and methodologies • Analyze and correct data issues in departmental tools • Represent the team as a process subject matter expert in projects and meetings with lines of business and third-party vendors • Use cash tools and reports to proactively resolve issues and address complex problems • Provide backup support for other ATM and Cash processes • Understand upstream and downstream impacts in the cash ecosystem • Mentor and develop team members, foster a positive collaborative environment, and support performance management activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite • At least 1 year of process management experience • Preferred: at least 2 years of Cash Operations experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience • Preferred: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in Process Management • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot • Password-protected private network with ownership or line of sight to every device • Cable or fiber internet service provider • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Must meet Capital One work-at-home compatible internet access requirements • Must reside in the continental United States; applicants living in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories are not eligible • Work-from-home U.S.-based associates may not work internationally • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
