📋 Description

• Join the Analytics department in one of the core teams • Use analytical skills to solve complex business challenges • Optimise lending decisions to drive sustainable growth • Deliver strategic recommendations in collaboration with product, data, and tech teams • Ensure good outcomes for customers by tracking and drawing insights from credit decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy solving analytical challenges • Able to use technical skills to solve complex data problems • Knowledge of SQL and Python (preferred but not required) • Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills • An open mindset in your approach to change and personal development • Experience leading a project and working with people at every level • A university degree or equivalent • Experience in consulting or financial services
