• Develop improvements, automations, and technical solutions to support Customer Success (CS), customer service, and logistics operations; • Contribute to the development and evolution of our internally built CRM, primarily using Python on the backend and React on the frontend; • Create, adjust, and maintain endpoints, integrations, and routines that help the team resolve issues more quickly; • Support technical investigations involving databases, APIs, logs, and system behavior; • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to translate operational problems into technical solutions; • Use AI daily to accelerate development, problem analysis, code creation, documentation, and task automation; • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by proposing simple, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support development, analysis, and task automation; • Experience with Python and React development; • Experience with APIs, integrations, and creating/maintaining endpoints; • Knowledge of databases and SQL queries; • Familiarity with Git and code versioning; • Ability to analyze logs, systemic errors, and technical flows.
