📋 Description

• Support operational and strategic financial modeling of services for clients in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy • Deliver rigorous monthly financial analysis and clinic financial materials • Support annual budget and quarterly forecasting process • Build and maintain detailed financial models for ABA therapy businesses • Create and maintain internal operating forecasts and monthly lender reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required, advanced degrees preferred • 5 - 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance • Exposure to healthcare services, behavioral health, or provider-based business models preferred • Familiarity with valuation methodologies used in healthcare services transactions preferred • Experience with Business Central, Cosmos Reporting, Power BI, and Central Reach platforms preferred
