📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of approximately 5 outsourced finance partner companies, growing to 10–20 • Build communication channels with partners and align priorities, objectives, and performance expectations • Grow the channel through referrals and cold outreach • Own customer targets tied to partner-sourced opportunities, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and monthly/annual goal achievement • Define the playbook for scaling the partnership motion across partners • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide partners with tools, training, and information • Monitor partner performance, report key metrics, and implement initiatives to improve outcomes • Advocate for partners internally and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development roles in a tech or services business • Proven success in meeting sales targets through indirect channels • Strong communication skills and executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent SpendHound externally • Ability to scale new programs from the ground up and navigate ambiguity • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Proactive, self-directed, ownership-oriented approach • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the United States
