📋 Description

• Manage and route the group mailbox • Manage customer escalations • Support onshore and offshore teammates • Handle projects, meet deadlines, and provide constant customer communication • Collaborate on responses to non-standard requests • Apply knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams • Provide customer support while understanding service level goals and objectives • Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them • Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity • Apply judgment within defined parameters and ensure sound reasoning and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred) • 2–4 years of experience (preferred) • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (preferred) • Strong critical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively (preferred) • High sense of urgency and responsiveness (preferred) • Strong organizational skills (preferred) • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities (preferred) • Experience with SAP (preferred) • Knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams • Experience working in a transactional finance environment with strong internal controls • Understanding of service level goals and objectives in customer support • Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters • Ability to identify and resolve technical problems
