📋 Description

• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Post and update job listings on various platforms • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates as needed • Support onboarding logistics and document collection • Help organize recruitment events or career fairs • Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience • Perform general administrative support for the recruiting team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Experience using ATS tools or HR software is a plus • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
